Wayne Lucernoni is vice president, Intel and Civil Programs, for Harris IT Services. Mr. Lucernoni reports to the president of Harris IT Services, and is responsible for growing and executing a portfolio of business across Federal civilian agencies and departments, as well as the Intelligence Community (IC). As part of the $5 billion Harris Corporation, Harris IT Services is a leading systems integrator and prime contractor delivering excellence in IT Transformation, Managed Solutions and Information Assurance, enabling defense, intelligence, homeland security, civilian and commercial enterprises to meet their missions. Previously, Mr. Lucernoni had been a vice president in both Civil and Intelligence program areas, as well as program director and deputy program manager on Harris’ second largest program, the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Patriot contract. Earlier, heserved for 8 years in various director and controller roles in Services, Civil Systems, and at the overall Government Division level.

Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Lucernoni worked as an accountant in mid-sized government contracting firms which were both service and manufacturing focused. Mr. Lucernoni holds a bachelor of business administration from James Madison University’s School of Accounting, Certified Public Account (CPA) certification in Maryland and Virginia, and has completed The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School.
