eGlobalTech is a premier federal information technology consulting firm pleased to present the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) program. EAGLE II is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a wide range of support services. eGlobalTech, an award-winning woman-owned small disadvantaged business is priming the DHS EAGLE II Small Business track for Functional Category II – Information Technology Program Support Services. We established a team with proven experience delivering a full range of services and solutions in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology that supports the DHS mission and its business functions.
eGlobalTech holds a prime contract on the 8(a) track of the Program Management, Engineering, and Technology Support Services Domain of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Technical, Acquisition, and Business Support Services (TABSS) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The contract has an $11 billion ceiling value and is available for use by all DHS components.
eGlobalTech holds a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Department of Labor (DOL) to provide support the Department’s case management solution modernization efforts. The objective of this support is to modernize DOL’s various aging mission management systems using a configurable COTS business process modeling based product (aligned to computer industry consortium Object Management Group’s Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) principles). This BPA can be used by all agencies within DOL.
eGlobalTech provides Drupal development support, including expert-level IT consulting and professional services, to the Department of Interior (DOI) Office of Communications (OCO) under the DOI Drupal Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Services include development, maintenance, and content migration from an array of Content Management System (CMS) and non-CMS-based solutions to a single-architecture, cloud-hosted Drupal solution.
eGlobalTech supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with management and information technology consulting services. This is a five-year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract.
eGlobalTech and partner Clinton Rubin hold a small business prime contract under HIT Venture on the government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) CIO-SP3. The CIO-SP3 vehicle is a 10-year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total ceiling value of $25 billion. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center administers the contract. The CIO-SP3 GWAC allows NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services, and all other federal agencies to acquire a wide range of IT services, including health, health science, and biomedical-related IT services.
eGlobalTech holds a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to support the Program Management and Privacy Divisions of the Office of Information Services (OIS). Services provided may include strategic and tactical planning, program planning, performance measurement, policy development, privacy council support, working group support, Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) development, and Privacy Incident Response Team/Privacy Breach Response.
eGlobalTech supports the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) through a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to assist with strategy and IRM planning to help establish the department-wide roadmap to achieve the department’s mission through optimal performance of its core business processes within an efficient IT environment.

eGlobalTech holds a five-year MOBIS Blanket Purchase Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of the Chief Information Officer for wide-ranging IT support. This multiple-award BPA grants USAID expedited access to eGlobalTech’s award-winning IT strategic planning, enterprise architecture, financial management system support, and program management services.
eGlobalTech holds a five year contract with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for services at the Office of the Chief Information Officer. The USPTO has a requirement for Infrastructure, Design, Engineering, Architecture, and Integration (IDEA-2) contractor(s) to provide independent, objective, and expert technical advice and assistance for ongoing and future information technology initiatives. eGlobalTech will be helping meet this requirement by providing services that include, but are not limited to, system planning, secure system design, infrastructure and system engineering, enterprise architecture, data and application architecture, security engineering, and system development life cycle support.
8(A) STARS II: GS-06F-1088Z (CONSTELLATION 1, FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES 1 AND 2)
eGlobalTech is an 8(a) STARS II industry partner in constellation 1, functional areas 1 and 2 (computer programming and computer systems design, respectively). This contract allows federal agencies from across the government to sole-source or complete IT work on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis, with a low access fee of 0.75 percent.
