Applied Computing Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia with a 25-year history providing IT professional services to government customers. These services among others include systems engineering and administration, technical project and program management, network engineering, audio visual/video teleconferencing, classroom support, operations and maintenance (O&M) support, and service desk and end user support. As an agile and innovative services provider, it is our mission is to deliver IT support services to our customers with the highest degree of quality and integrity. We are led by the senior management team who founded ACT and whose members average over 20 years of technical and management experience within the federal government and the Department of Defense (DoD).  ACT is ISO 9001:2015 certified and CMMI Level 2 (SVC and DEV) appraised. Additionally, all ACT management personnel are trained and certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3. As a testament to our commitment to quality, we consistently receive high marks from our customers for maintaining high business ethics, professional behavior, low staff turnover, and task lead responsiveness. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified and CMMI Level 2 appraised processes are strengthened by a work force composed of highly trained and cleared resources.
